Delivery for Cleanses
Important Note for Juice Cleanses:
Each day of your cleanse consists of 6 x 500ml bottles. As these bottles are rather large, we understand that you may not be able to store the full set of bottles in your home fridge all at once. We therefore dispatch 2-days worth of juices at a time, so a total of 12 x 500ml bottles. This allows room in your fridge to keep them chilled, and also ensures the juices stay nice and fresh.
For example, if you are completing a 4-day cleanse, you will receive two separate deliveries. If you are completing a 10-day cleanse, you will receive five separate deliveries.
If you live in the Wellington region, you are most welcome to opt to collect your juices from us in Seaview, Lower Hutt. Please simply select the "pick up" option at check out.
Delivery / Shipping Conditions for Juice Cleanses:
The juices in your cleanse are made fresh to order and shipped on overnight courier nationwide. Your first set of juices will be dispatched as follows:
- Orders placed before 5pm Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday
- Orders placed before 5pm Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday
- Orders placed before 5pm Wednesday will be delivered on Friday
Please note if your order is placed after 5pm Wednesday, this will be delivered on Tuesday
If you would like to receive your juices on a different day (for example, planning in advance to complete your cleanse) please leave a note at check out or send us a message and we will do our very best to accommodate.
All orders are packaged with ice packs to keep them chilled during transit, but we recommend refrigerating as soon as possible upon receipt.
Please note that we cannot deliver to rural addresses and where appropriate it is best to have the juices delivered to where you are likely to be on delivery day so that they can be placed straight in the fridge.
If New Zealand enters into Level 3 Covid-19 lockdown, we will be operating at a slightly reduced capacity and some some orders may not be processed under the same timeframes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Also important to note, NZ Couriers is experiencing strong demands for their services so there may be delays to your delivery outside of our control.
You will receive a dispatch notification when your juices are with the courier, along with tracking information. If you do not receive an email or experience any issues with this, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com
