Our juices are enriched with fresh, local produce - and nothing else! We let nature speak for itself and aim to pack in as many nutrients into one bottle as we can. Best of all, it tastes great. So you are fuelling your body with natural goodness while still enjoying a beverage that tastes as good as it feels.

Our cold-press process ensures all the beautiful, raw produce that goes into your juice is handled with care, delicately pressing the fruit and vegetables without exposing it to heat or harsh blending, to extract the most nutrient-rich, decadently smooth, delicious and nutritious juice!

Of course it is really important to understand what health benefits you are gaining from each ingredient, so we have outlined some of this for you below.

 
Apple

Apples are high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and can assist with high blood pressure and cholesterol. Due to their high fibre content they can also prevent constipation and promote good gut bacteria. We use this in many of our juices as it also tastes great and provides that natural sweetness!

Beetroot

Packed with essential nutrients, raw beetroot is a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. The high levels of folate make it great for heart health, plus it improves blood flow and increases exercise performance. It is also beneficial for blood pressure due to to its potassium content, and helps detoxify the liver.

Blue Spirulina

Blue spirulina gets its colour from phycocyanin – a blue algae high in antioxidants and packed with vitamins and minerals. It can support digestion and energy, as well as acting externally for beautiful, glowing skin.

Carrot

No it's not a myth! Carrot is great for eye health. It also has anti-cancer properties as it has been proven to increase production of white blood cells. It is made up of 60% alkaline water and can lower blood pressure.

Celery

Celery is rich in mineral salts, and therefore can assist with irritable bowel, eczema, acne, migraines, bloating/cramping, anxiety, and brain fog. It has also been shown to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and repairs radical damage of cells. It is 95% alkaline water content and full of sodium, potassium, and plant-based calcium nutrients which helps to strengthen bones.

Charcoal

Largely known as a detoxifying agent, activated charcoal is known to remove toxins, cleanse your system, and settle your tummy. It is also wonderful for skin health and will leave you radiant and glowing. Legend has it that it also prevents hangovers!

Please note that if you are on prescription medication or take supplements you will need to allow a 2 hour window before consuming our Charcoal Tonic, as it is a detoxifying agent. We advise that you check with your healthcare professional or complete your own research first if unsure.

Ginger

Ginger is great for digestive health as it can relieve abdominal bloating. It also helps with nausea and reduces inflammation such as arthritis. It is seen as a natural antibiotic to combat sickness.

Lemon

Lemon is of course high in vitamin C - One cup (approximately 250ml) of lemon juice gives you 187% of the recommended daily intake! It also nourishes the brain, controls blood pressure, stimulates the digestive enzymes, and is great to combat cold and flu symptoms.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is rich in antioxidants and contains inflammation-fighting compounds which can reduce bloating and relieve symptoms of pain. It can also reduce high sugar and cholesterol levels.

Orange

Oranges are very high in vitamin C which is great for reducing symptoms of cold and flu. It also boosts the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties and can assist with cancer prevention.

Spinach

Spinach is high in iron and also vitamin K which is great for bone health. It is beneficial for skin and digestive health and contains potassium, sodium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, carotene beta, and lutein-zeaxanthin. So many amazing nutrients!

Turmeric

Turmeric has powerful anti-inflammatory properties (some even say a great alternative to aspirin) and has been linked to prevent heart disease and arthritis. Due to its high level of antioxidants it can also be great for skin health.
